The project “Education for Employment in North Macedonia” publishes the second call for application under the Opportunity Fund 2019.
The objective of the Opportunity Fund is to support the training providers with the aim to create market oriented and sustainable offers which lead towards mandatory employment of the training participants (3 months after completion of the training, the latest).
Included sectors: (1) Hospitality; (2) Health and social services; (3) Personal services; (4) Agriculture; (5) Food processing; (6) Machinery; (7) IT sector.
The applicants considered to be qualified under the opportunity Fund are:
- Private training providers offering trainings in the non-formal education;
- Secondary vocational schools offering services in part of the non-formal education;
- Civil society organizations offering services in part of the non-formal education;
- Employers performing trainings in own facilities.
Special conditions:
Private providers, secondary vocational schools and civil society organizations may apply under the Opportunity Fund in cooperation with one or multiple employers which will in writing guarantee to employ at least 35% of the participants in the training, within 3 months after completion of the training.
The employers performing training in own facilities are obliged to guarantee in writing to employ 50% of the participants in the training, within 3 months after the completion of the training.
Application procedure and deadline:
All interested applicants should submit the application forms together with all the supplementary documents by April 30, 2019 the latest, at the following address: Boris.Trimcev@helvetas.org titled: OF 2019 Application.
The project encourages the applicants to send their application in English language. The applications submitted in Macedonian language and Albanian language will also be taken under consideration.
